I’m so excited to announce that the head count for those educated and reminded of Governmental Guidelines (and my own tips) for reducing the spread of Norovirus via “STOP GASTRO SPREAD” is over 80,000!

Thanks so much to all the local schools and daycare centres who have carefully read my emails and then sent the message on to parents and familes, you are all exemplary, health conscious, proactive educational bodies!

And thanks so very much to the Wentworth Courier with such impressive readership levels, which has put my head count into the 10’s of 1000’s!

But hold it! I’m not done yet! Next stop state radio! Anyone have any ideas?

First off I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question that
I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I’ve
had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting
my ideas out there. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually
wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
    Any suggestions or tips? Cheers!

Thank you so much for the compliment!

Hmmm, tips…let me see. Having a specific allotted time to write can help me to focus. I usually only have an hour a day because of my kids. Because I know my time is so limited I have to seize every single second of it and make it worthwhile! I also find when I am not writing, I am thinking about it. I am constantly thinking about something else that I want to write, a blog post, a new chapter to my books etc, so that when I do manage to get an hour to myself to write it up, it can be quite intense! Is this any help? I hope so! N.N x
